Is the applicant eligible for a TSRA grant?

I confirm that I, or my organisation (if applying on behalf of an organisation):

Have an active Australian Business Number (ABN), OR I am applying as an individual and my application is not for business funding, OR I/my organisation is applying with an auspice that has an ABN.

Have a bank account with an Australian financial institution.

Am one of the following entity types, or applying with an auspice that is one of these types:

      • Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Corporation,
      • registered charity or not-for-profit organisation,
      • unincorporated association,
      • company incorporated in Australia,
      • Queensland local or state government body (these are the only government bodies eligible),
      • Or applying as an individual.

Do not currently have any grants in breach with the TSRA or other Commonwealth Government agencies.

Am not an employee or Board Member of the Torres Strait Regional Authority, or a member of their immediate families, or an entity substantially owned or controlled by any of these.

Do not receive funding from another government source for the same expenditure.

Am not seeking funding for religious activities or assets for religious organisations, except where linked to creative arts and cultural maintenance activities for the broader community.
